The Lobby Fizeaustraat is Hotel V's neighbourhood restaurant in Amsterdam-Oost. Bistronomy, seasonal cooking, 850+ bottles of wine and long tables where hotel guests and neighbours end up sharing more than just the bread.
Good ingredients, a kitchen that knows what to do with them, and a wine list that earned us a Wine Spectator Best of Award of Excellence. We're not bragging. Okay, a little.
Planning something bigger? The Private and The Palm are just upstairs, for dinners, board meetings and cocktail parties that run late.
You'll find us a short walk from Amstel Station. Coming by car? Our parking garage is free for the first two hours. After that it's EUR 4,00 per hour, with a maximum of EUR 35,- per day.
On the menu…
From early till late. Breakfast to start the day, a lazy brunch at the weekend, lunch, and dinners that deserve a proper evening. When the kitchen closes, the bar menu takes over.
Our menu moves with the seasons and with whatever the kitchen can't stop talking about. Everything happens in the open kitchen, so you can watch. Or just eat. Your call.

To drink…
850+ bottles, picked from small producers. Mostly from Burgundy, the Jura and Champagne. A winemaker's wine list, if you like. Wine Spectator liked it too.
Not in a wine mood? The bar has you covered. Our cocktails are made with the same care as everything on the menu: classics done right, plus a few of our own you won't find anywhere else. One before dinner. One after. Nobody's counting.

No translation needed. Just come in.
Big vintage leather couches. Fireplaces, wood panelling, soft light and more plants than strictly necessary. Good coffee, good food and a playlist we actually care about.
